OUR TEAM
DOMINICK JAMES
Principal
Mr. James formerly worked at Bruce James from 1997 to 2018, with his last position being Head of trading. He also held numerous senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer and Global Co-Head of the Securities Division. Mr. James started his career at J. B. Hanauer & Co., and then moved to First Interregional Equity Corporation. In 1992, he joined Citigroup, where he worked in the firm's credit training program and developed a specialty in structuring commodity derivatives.
Bruce Henderson
Chief Operating Officer
Bruce Henderson is Chief Operating Officer of Oakbourne Trading Ltd. Mr. Henderson is a member of the firm's Leadership and Operating Committees. In addition, he chairs or sits on several fund investment committees, and is a member of the board of directors of many of the company's portfolio companies including buyout, technology, and real estate investments.

KIM BAILEY
Finance Director
Kim is a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry and has been deeply involved in the operations and management of many financial services businesses during her career. She has led or been a key contributor to some of Oakbourne's significant investments across various subsectors of financial services.
